Sony Xperia XZ2 and XZ2 Compact: specifications and prices.

Sony is finalizing
works on its latest Xperia smartphone series, the Sony Xperia XZ2 and XZ2
compact. From the information made available to us, fans of the Sony Xperia
brand are in for an amazing experience with the sequel to the Xperia XZ and
Xperia XZ compact.

According to leaks
by a popular Scandinavian blog, Swedroid.se, the two phones will feature very
thin bezels with 18:9 aspect ratio HDR displays.

The Xperia XZ2 will
spot a 5.8-inch display while the Xperia XZ2 Compact comes in smaller with a
display of 5.0-inches. Both smartphones will feature the Snapdargon 845
processor, 4GB of RAM and 64 GB microSD-card expandable internal memory.

The source also
revealed that the fingerprint sensor has been moved from the power button, in
previous models, to the back with the 3.5mm audio jack in previous models now removed.

The Sony Xperia XZ2
is expected to be priced at £706, €799, $987 while the Xperia XZ2 Compact might
come in at around £529, €599, $740. Both handsets are expected to go on sale
from March 6th, 2018.
